Public Safety & Security Model
A national public safety and security model built around four regional security and defence zones, modern training institutions, coordinated emergency response, intelligence capabilities, and specialized security preparation across the North, East, West, and South.

Security & Defence — Our No. 1 Core Priority
Public safety and national defence would be treated as a core national priority, supported by a dedicated 24/7 emergency response number through which citizens can reach the appropriate emergency services. Four regional security and recruitment zones would be established across the North, East, West, and South to support recruitment, training, coordination, and rapid deployment. Where suitable security training or recruitment infrastructure already exists within a region, existing facilities would be assessed and utilized rather than unnecessarily duplicating infrastructure. Each regional academy would maintain a distinct area of specialization while contributing to a coordinated national security structure.

Northern Security & Defence
The Northern security and defence academy would focus on ground operations, border protection, field readiness, and the practical capabilities required for security operations across challenging terrains. Training would include tactical operations, field exercises, combat readiness, surveillance, and specialized training for military and police personnel. Security personnel would also be provided with appropriate modern equipment and protective gear required to perform their duties safely and effectively.

Eastern Security & Defence
The Eastern security and defence academy would specialize in air defence, aerial intelligence, drone operations, defence production and maintenance, rapid response, and combat readiness. The focus would be on developing personnel and technical capabilities for detecting and responding to aerial threats, operating and maintaining appropriate defence technologies, and supporting rapid deployment during security incidents.

Western Security & Defence
The Western security and defence academy would focus on digital intelligence, cyber intelligence, cyber defence, intelligence analysis, surveillance, tactical training, special operations, and combat readiness. The objective would be to strengthen the ability of security institutions to identify, analyse, and respond to digital and physical threats while developing specialized personnel capable of supporting modern intelligence and security operations.

Southern Security & Defence
The Southern security and defence academy would focus on defence technology, ammunition production and management, naval operations, maritime security, combat readiness, and joint combat capabilities. The regional focus would support the protection of coastal and maritime environments while developing technical and operational capabilities for coordinated defence activities across relevant security institutions.
