A community-focused urban streets model designed to create organized, walkable, active, and connected neighbourhoods where residents can move safely, access public transportation, enjoy recreational facilities, and connect with one another within a well-planned environment.

A dedicated community football facility where residents can play, exercise, socialize, and build stronger relationships within their community. The facility would provide a shared space for recreation, healthy living, community interaction, and local sporting activities.

A designated community transport point where residents can access buses connecting the community to major roads and wider transport routes. This creates a structured connection between local communities and the broader public transportation network, making it easier for residents to move between their neighbourhood and major destinations.

Lawn Tennis & Basketball Courts
Dedicated sporting facilities where residents can play lawn tennis and basketball, stay active, develop sporting abilities, and socially connect with other members of the community. These facilities would encourage healthy lifestyles and provide additional spaces for recreation and community interaction.

A safe and attractive outdoor environment where children can play while parents and residents can relax, socialize, and enjoy the surrounding community environment. The space would combine children’s recreation with comfortable outdoor areas designed for rest, conversation, and community interaction.

A modern street environment combining properly designed roads, dedicated sidewalks, and designated cycling space. The objective is to create streets that accommodate vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists in an organized and safer manner while making everyday movement more comfortable and accessible.
